Its a records of a moment that will never ever happen again ie time and space, hence, regardless of how good or bad a picture turns out, it is precious to the person who took it (must have meant something, else would not have taken the shot).

it's a way to express, to capture moments in life and to see what we don't see normally.

Well, in most cases photography actually makes you and Look/Study/Pay Attention to what's around you, true to the old saying " stop n smell the flowers".

Applies to everyday life and especially true in Travel, without the urge to take pictures -
your mind would never wonder "What a great looking place!"
But instead "Where to Shop and what's for Lunch?"

photography is to tell the world how u feel at that point in time...to give a visual representation to your feeling n point of view...to share what u think is beautiful or unique ..like when the subject got lighted in a particularly pleasing manner...or when u see a wonderful composition
