Can I have an update of what is done so far. As time is drawing near, we have less than 3 weeks to pull this thru.

1. All sponsors invited
2. CS members list being updated and $ collected.
3. FujiFilm site recce done. Others site reccce scheduled for next Wed.
4. Dinner menu chosen - DM is to just go and pay $ and book
5. Written and waiting for Sponsor logo.
6. Nite program out.
7. Hotel for CBS booked and paid.
