What happened after 2011?

Have been missing in action for more than a decade, now I am back to look at IR photography, and realized that it is just staying out of action since 2011, what happened?

I am wondering that too... now with mirrorless cameras, IR shooting is really easy and fun More people should get into it

I still with old 50D, hope to upgrade soon.
