What effect is this called?

Hey i saw this picture and i like the colours

i've been able to get something close to it on my lightroom 3.6, but its not quite there.

anyone knows what this effect is called? so maybe i can go download a preset and work from there?

The first one looks like film - for a similar effect, you could desaturate the colors, soften it (reduce sharpness) and add grain.

The second one is the typical cross-processed look. Lots of presets and instructions available
