Go to any nearest police post or station and hand it over. The police in turn will contact the owner.

Alternatively, you can call the person by looking thru the phone directory and inform him/her to collect it on an agreed location. If you are kind, you can go to his/her residence and return.

Same here......return to this monkey.......full of tattoos on the body. Return him but not even a thank you as well. Just took it away from my hand and walk off.

Another case was a well looking gentlemen with full suit but again without any thanks.

Basket......the next time I see one, I will flush down the toilet......

Normally, people will use it to borrow money from loansharks.

if i look like a girl, maybe i will do it :bsmilie:
but hey... this is a good idea.

The goverment tried to introduce ID card once here many years ago.

But there was so much protest that it backed off the idea.

People power.

Maybe they knew that if they forced it on the people, a certain someone would tell the whole country to turn up for their ID photoshoots with scarves..

And blue goggles.

 Sounds familiar.

Government's things cannot be played around in Singapore, better return to police ASAP.

Dun play play...

many thanks for your contributions. thread closed.
