What camera should i get?

Hi all, i'm new in photography and am intending to get a camera. Mainly will be to take pictures of my fishes and plants and at aquariums. (Outside the tank, not underwater photog) And also for me to bring along when i go overseas. What would you guys recommend me to get? Maybe something like Canon EOS M100 or EOS 200D? Budget will be around 1k and I'm open to suggestions.

Also, which dry cabinet would you guys recommend me to get? Saw some sales on lazada..
Should i get something like:
Aipo AS-31L/ 28
iCabi HD-30/ 20

Get you a RX 100 for a nickle, a tripod, and spend the rest of your budget on a nice tank with starlite glass and some good lights to go with it. You got a nice stereo and some good records? Incense??? Over seas? Look around you bro!
