Jason, I like the low-angled-at-your-stomach shots. :p
Better get an IS lens if you are really serious with Butt's, it's more effective. ;)

Thanks Edsel.

Saw your Long-Legged Fly with A70 on NPS, didn't know A70 was capable of such macro work and close focusing.

As for the IS lens, yes it would be nice, but the fixed focal length with the 500D could be a bit of a factor. Does it cause any problems or restrictions? May try out 100-400mm IS + 500D soon, if I get the chance. I'm waiting for Canon to produce an EF 180mm L IS USM Macro.

Beautiful series, Jason.
The yammy is nice. Too bad about the broken tail.
As for the 180mm macro L ....Canon has a model, the EF 180mm F3.5L.
Rather pricey though.

Yeah I know.... but I'm waiting for the IS version... Heh heh.

Where have you been Lion King? Haven't seen you post shots in a while.

Busy with work and away for a while leh. :(
You guys are getting better with shooting butts.
Will see you in the field one of these days.

I like the Yamfly shot Jason.. Like the composition too.
