I attended 2 friends' wedding recently and was particularly impressed by a Pg who used canon 50D + 12-24mm + 30mm f1.4...this is the combi that really works for me...

To extend my curiosity, I would like ask what are the camera models+lens that you are using or came across pg using for wedding solemnisation/dinner etc? I'm rather curious if anyone uses D90 for it as I have mostly seen D300/S...
Pls state any other brands + model too...if can, include the lens too

The short answer to your question is: All brands, all models also have. Even got wedding pro (as in, full-timer who fills his ricebowl via photography) who shoot with Nikon D40 using kit lens.

I ever use D70 with kit lens shoot weddings and ROM, and it is paid job and I am the main and only photographer.
