WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY COURSE
This course trains the students to take good pictures for event photography, like wedding function as well as enhancing ones skills as a wedding photographer. The students shall be taught on the relevant equipment to be used, communication technique with the wedding couples, the photography process and a practical session. Model, makeup artist and stylist fees are not included in the course fees. Students may like to have their images taken during the shoot to be scanned into Kodak PhotoCD and have the chance to use the Societys large format Epson Stylus 7600 professional printer for printing. Upon completion of the course, the students are required to submit a portfolio of 36 pictures for assessment. A course certificate will be issued to students who clear the assessment.
Duration : 5 weeks, 2 hours per session
Course Fee : S$120 (member), S$220 (non-member)

(Students must possess basic photography knowledge, or use of a 35mm camera.)
I. Introduction
a) Equipment preparation and indoor photography
b) Procedure in indoor photography
II. Pre-event Communication
a) Pre-event communication with couple
b) Outdoor photography
III. Image of photographer and banquet photography
a) Image of a Photographer
b) Wedding Banquet Photography
IV. Outdoor Photography -- Practical Session
V. Critique and course wrap-up
a) Critique
b) Arranging of Photographs
Assessment
Upon completion of the course, students are required to submit a portfolio of 36 pieces of 4R prints (one roll).
Course material
Participants are required to provide their own digital camera. Model, makeup artist and stylist fees are not included in the course.
A course certificate will be awarded for successful submissions.
