Just got appointed as a spare wedding photographer (spare as in she has an official paid one, but wants another to capture those 'mood' shots) by my colleague. Yippee! No money involved, just doing her a favour.

Problem being, i've never done this before.

Will be using film. Either NPH400 and/or Tri-X. Got a soft filter that i might use. (when do you use it?). + Bounce flash. + Tripod.

And how would i be able to create those non-traditional-mood shots?

What are the things i would need to look out for? Tips? Hints?

Any websites for referrence? Samples?

All help appreciated!

For wedding/indoor event photography, I usually use manual mode...

F3.5 - 5
1/30s to 1/60s
Bounce flash card
