Wedding Photo Shot for Wet weather program

Need your help. My friend getting marry and want a outdoor photo shot for actual day. He ask me for suggestion where to have wedding shot (actual day) in case of wet weather (raining)?

I can only think of a few;

1. Singapore Art Museum (between Plaza by the Park and NTUC Trade Union House
at Bras Basah Rd)

2. Raffles Hotel & Raffles Shopping Mall

3. Singapore High Court

Shopping malls are not advisable, some areas you mention may need to pay and have parking problems

just make it snappy as photography is not allowed,
believe it or not.
stop by a security staff while at Toa Payoh
interchange's mrt's exit.

told him i see ang moh day in day out shoot in train,
he say just don't get caught.
after that i look at him he look at me.
he ask me again what i waiting for?
i told him waiting for him to go away b4 i start shooting.
