web publishing using frontpage onto clubsnap web account

The error from MS frontpage says 'the web server may not havethe Frontpage server extensions installed'.

Does it mean it is not possible to publish html from frontpage to clubsnap?

ClubSNAP servers do not have FrontPage Server Extensions installed.
If you wish to publish html using FrontPage, please read
