Adobe launched beta version of web-based Photoshop Express where a picture maybe uploaded on the site and then post-processed with the basic tools provided on the site. Any opinion from anyone? :)
 

sucks a lot of memory, yet not full-feature enough. no layers!!!

Perhaps you are relating to a highlight that Adobe reportedly has replied on their Photoshop Express website.
