frankly speaking, i dont see any difference.

but if really have to make a choice, i will go for #2

i found that guy in the left really disturbing

People usually look better with a slightly warmer WB setting, as the one in 2nd pic. (There is no way of 'none', btw.) It's not about preference, it's about what looks appropriate since it's reportage / event photography here. Unless you want to sell prints to the participants...

I can't quite tell the difference, to be honest.
Must be my monitor. I scroll up and down, like sama-sama like that...

Same here. Looks exactly the same to me.

the second pic is brighter compared to the 1st one. for manual wb, it's up to your own preference to create that warm tone especially on the facial or surrounding colours.

just my opinion:)

ya i think i can spot the difference, though it's quite small.
I looked at the walls and door, like sama-sama.
The red shirt is of a different 'intensity' in both photos.
But the difference is very subtle, to be honest.

#2 even though the difference is very subtle. It is warmer and more saturated. #1 has somewhat a sterile look.

What are the WB you have applied?

The difference too small...either one will do...but I'll still choose 2 coz the yellow looks slightly tini warmer:D

added in pic3
better???

#3 is badddddddddddddddddd.

Looks to me that #1 and #2 have different brightness too.

If I really have to choose one out of the 3, I'll have to go with #2.
