Just bought my Black Canon G2 on Thursday. First try at some Flowers Macro shots. Shot in Auto mode with Hoya +4 Close-Up and HMC 1B Filter.

For me, I have to be about 10-15cm away from the subject using Hoya +4 on my C700UZ...

I'm also interested to know how far away you are from the Lilies.

Probably about 10cm or so with my G2.
