There's a reason why photos of watches have their hands at 10(for the min hand) & 2(for the hour hand) position, like a V sign. I believe it is to show the brand name of the watch.

Your shot is very good except for this lil point. :D

the classic watch minute and hour hands is around 1:50, may be you can try it and see how?
