I received before as the song I used in my photo slideshow is copyright material.

Yes I also suspect the audio.

The video is simply my kid eating while watching TV.
I suppose there is background noise from the TV
but I find it difficult to understand, if this is "noise" versus purposely
using the audio as soundtrack/background music.

Ya, most probably. Should be the audio in the video.

they will remove the audio on the video (so your video will play like it was on mute).
you have the option to substitute audio from their list of cr@p free-license songs or you can re-up with a non-licensed song.
my vid is still in there, just no sound.
