Want to buy a good tripod, card reader, portable hard disk

Hi,

I would like to get the recommendation for the following.

1. Tripod (which can hold Nikon D70s - 70-300mm and my future buy lenses)
2. a Card reader (two slots)
3. Portable hard disk(40GB).

Since I'm not aware of the brands to a great extent, thought of gettin help from the Pro's.

I'm with a Nikon D70s, 18-55,70-300mm lenses. Please suggest me the Brand, model name and the approximate budget for the above listed items, which will definitly help me to get the things faster! a request on tripod - should be immeditly usable by a new bie..not takin weeks to learn how to operate it!

i just got a 25 in 1 card reader for 13.90 at NUS bazaar heh can't find any cheaper than that.. USB2.0

there is many different version of USB2.0 and each have different speed difference...

previously was using Imation ones, thought its fast, then change to 1 i bought at Eastgear, and its significantly faster... both USB2.0, but i found somewhere cheaper than there, u can search around SLS, almost everybody is selling it... now i have them on every workstation that i use.
