I think the shooters should pay nothing. It will only benefit the basketball team and its sponsors. In fact, why don't get the team sponsors' to buy lunch and / or refreshments. Good promo stuff, if the sponsors are represented by a couple of teams have them all come down at various times when we can also do some posed shots of a match and even have a friendly match between the teams for the shooters to get some sports photography for experience.

Very true indeed bro, but you may like to work out a ball park figure for each photog to consider. Interest is one thing, cost is another. In case the organiser is still looking out for a nice basketball court, may I suggest one at Woodlands Crescent? Its new, colourful and it set in a small neighbourhood park which has beautiful surroundings. However, since its a public court, I'm not sure if it can be "booked" for private usage. Or maybe you can just scare the kids away with enough photog!! haha... Let me know if this interests you and I can try to get a few snaps of the court since I live nearby.

If you read through the post carefully, this is not a TFP shoot. It's a paid shoot. It depends on the basketball court which AhV is using plus the make-up artist fees as well.
