The composition and exposure.

2. What one hopes to achieve with the piece of work?
hmm not too sure... juz a trial and error shot....

3. Under what circumstance is the picture taken? (Physical conditions/Emotions)
Taken on a hazy and drizzling nite. bending down to take this shot. wanted to try to take the lights.. as mention trial and error....

4. What the critique seeker personally thinks of the picture?
color is too yellowish and its not sharp enough....

very noisy, odd composition. it doesnt draw out the symmertry of the bridge, or the architecture. too much dark sky, that it becomes quite.... extra.

not much focus from this photo, wont say its an excellent shot.

try again next time? good luck

For me I would move a bit to the right and point the cam diagonally towards the railings to play around with the wide angle distortions. This shot doesn't seem to mean anything, can't find a point of focus or doesn't show off the architecture.

Probably would move forward a bit also so the first railing is one with the light, shadow areas usually contain more noise which makes the shot ugly.

imho, for any landscape night image, no tripod is as good as poor image quality.

many things doesn't work here. It is rather hard to cnc.

Seems like you used quite a high ISO for this shot. Try to use the base ISO with tripod as far as possible.
