1. in what area is critique to be sought?

Post processing and composition of the Image. How to further strength this image?

2. what one hopes to achieve with the piece of work?

Living under difficult conditions. The dry and hot environment where the railroad is waiting.

3. under what circumstance is the picture taken? (physical conditions/emotions)

This was taken during my trip to India, this rail road segment is infrequently visited by trains. Taken around 3-4 PM on sultry conditions.

4. what the critique seeker personally thinks of the picture

This may not be a compositionally balanced, as the mountains far away are only silhoutted.

Way too saturated on my monitor screen. If you want to get the mountains bracket and do a HDR.

I understand that you may want to do leading lines, but for this shot there are not enough lines to lead.
