The other boy in red? Erm, well isn't it expected that he speaks English better than most S'poreans? I may be generalising, though. Actually, we have got quite a problem here. Many S'poreans cannot speak English properly. And Many S'porean Chinese cannot speak English AND Mandarin properly.
