There is no anti-virus for B3 yet. It is like the Flu. Get it and slowly recover

There is a cure.

Specialisation instead of general shooting will cure it. :D

Specialisation sometime will cause to buy more costly specialise lens and products  .

Best cure is give up shooting

depends on what you specialise in I guess. Some areas of specialisation requires big mama lenses and costs 5digits...

Or voyeurism. :D

Well this virus can only be cured by buying expensive lens like L or AF-S or VR. Buy cheep lens and the DLSR is not fully cured, got relapse of B³ symptoms. :sweatsm:

A very interesting thread indeed! ;p

So, what 'virus' are we talking about now? The ('I heard from xxx') virus (Type I, if it exist) that infects DSLR or the BBB/SSS virus (Type II) that infects DSLR (users)? Sounds to me like they are both equally 'lethal'! :bsmilie:

One of the best cure (as suggested earlier) is to quit photography (can be easily achieved) or the other way is to ... *ahem* ... quit visiting Clubsnap! (it's a fertile breeding ground for viruses, especially the Type II ones, don't you think so?)! Of course, do expect some really serious withdrawal symptoms ..... *ouch* :sweatsm:

Since we are on the topic of virus, let me introduce Type III ..... B(roke)B(roke)B(roke), S(top)S(top)S(top)

:bsmilie: :bsmilie:

This is a story related buy "Tio Buyrus"
When I shoot insects (macro) I saw beautiful birds and my Macro lens cannot reach. Den I buy Birding lens and start shooting birds. 1 day I got lost in the jungle and as the sky gets darker, i saw the beautiful moon. Too bad, my birding lens cant really get the detail of the moon. so I started buying telescope and shoot moon. Den the tripod and body becomes outclassed so I buy new tripods and body.

After a while, I have new dry cabinets to put all the stuff in.

Thats how bad the BBB virus can attack. Even if I stop browsing the B&S section I still cant stop the Virus.

Disclaimer: This is purely a friction story. if there is any similarity to anyone, it was not intentional. :bsmilie:

Fortunately, I don't go beyond 135mm for travel photography... :sweatsm:
