Deliverable: Edited video and photos 1 week after event.

Thanks for the overwhelming response from photographers, I'll forward your details to my colleagues who are In charge of the selection. And they will contact you if there's any need for clarifications on their part.

However, we are still looking for videographers, so you videographers out there, pls do drop me an e-mail.

My apologies, I realize that I've made a mistake on the dates, the dates are 21 Sept and 31 Oct respectively.

I can't go into details but these events are equivalent to company's D&D and will be held at hotel function rooms.
