HDB owners who want to purchase these unsold flats need not pay resale levy.

Hmmm...they can change the policy according to their own need
but they turn a deaf ear to peg the resale levy with the market price. :angry:

my sentiments too. they have demonstrated that they can be flexible when they want to clean up the mess they created in the first place.

The whole HDB process is a mess in the 1st place... queueing up few years for flat is quite ridculous esp since the price is not much cheaper and you have a ready resale market as well....
