this is probably the wrong subforum to ask for comments, but anyways...
the vector artwork is nice, but it does not really work into the photo image... maybe you can try turning part of the photo image into a vector illustration, merging what is vector with what is raster, so the image comes out as unity rather a raster image with a vector background/foreground...
by the way, the thing sticking out from behind her head, distracting
