Varta Batteries

Hi guys,

Want to check if anyone has tried this brand of rechargable batteries? (Varta Professional 2500) Any comparison with the Sanyo 2500?

There was once a VARTA factory in Chai Chee many years ago. My dad worked for them. Pretty good German batteries. Not very well known for AA or AAA batteries nowadays but their car batteries are quite popular. In any case, they are dedicated battery manufacturers as opposed to Sanyo or Sony, so quality is definitely comparable or better..

Have used them previously but very disapointed because the battery leak !!!

I see.... Have not really heard about this brand... And neither do I own a car... ;p

Any1 currently using this brand of rechargables for speedlight? How's e performance?
