Vacuum Storage

Hi All,
just wondering if anybody knows if a DC will be damaged when it's stored in a Vacuum?

Cos vacuum will have no moisture.....

seemingly no moisture is a good idea. but do not that the leatherette covering on some cameras will dry up and peel in conditions that are too dry. aperture blades might also get stuck due to the oil drying up.

But in a vacuum there is no air, so how can the oil dry up?

i wasn't specifically referring to the oil drying up in vacuum

I believe that in low pressure conditions or a vacuum, molecules are a lot more likely to break free from a liquid to gaseous state, hence all liquids are more voilatile and hence would evaporate more easily.
