Hi all...

I am not too sure whether this is a stupid question or not... but I was just wondering whether I can use my existing Sigma EF-430 Super Flash with Nikon Mounting on a G2.

Is there anything like a Nikon to Canon Hotshoe converter???

Many thanks in advance.

not too sure if you would short something (the extra pins for TTL) by mounting the flash directly.

If you mope around the dpreview forums, Canon Talk, you can find some URLs that link you to a site that lists the model numbers of flashes compatible with the G2.

Unsure about your sigma, but I know the SB26 and 28 can be used on the G2 safely.

Can you post the link? Can use SB26 and 28 in TTL on G2? Thanks.

from what i read i think most pple didnt manage to get E-TTL working with G2 with a Nikon or compatible flash...

I guess my only option is to either set my flash settings manually or
get a speedlite 420EX lor....

sianz... cannot use my sigma flash on the G2
