Using Macro /w C-2100

when i take close-up shots in macro mode (flower icon), after zooming to certain range, the subject is not properly focused, blurred.

i am a manual idiot. so how to tell e camera to focus on that subject? i tried looking thru e manual but still dunno what to do. thanks.

I was eager to take macro shots too when I got the uzi. Think dun zoom too much, else sure blurr..

getting a macro or close-up lens/filter will help.

At the widest setting (38mm) the macro mode can close up to 10cm, but at max zoom (380mm) the min distance to subject is 100cm...anything closer sure blur. U'll need either a macro lens or close-up filters to get closer.
