Using ipad (connected to pc) as a drawing pad? Is it possible?

Is it possible to use my ipad as a drawing pad for my pc AM i dreaming?

Do you use a Mac or Windows? If Mac, there's an app called Astropad that can mirror the Mac display. That, along with the new iPad Pro and Pencil, can effectively be like a Wacom Cintiq!

I have an ipad however I just got rid of the Macbook Pro. Replaced with a super fast Acer pc. I am super happy with it!
