Use what software to create online gallery...?

I tried using JAlbum, which gives very good results, but I'm also considering the following additional features which I can't find it JAlbum:

(1) Guestbook
(2) Comments for individual photos
(3) Ratings (optional)

It has to have the features already found in Album as follows:
(4) Flash-based, just like BananAlbum skin for JAlbum
(5) Borders filter for automated borders creation

Can anyone recommend an automation software that does the above easily? If you know how to do (1) to (3) using JAlbum, please let me know. Or if you know how to do (1) to (3) using something else and integrate it with the individual photos in the gallery (painlessly) please let me know too.

Gallery is PHP-based (not Flash) and doesn't have the borders filter.
