Looking to buy this Friday, either Ixus850, Fuji F30 and Panny LX2.

LX2 questions.
1. Is there any way to limit the ISO to 200 using full-auto mode, Program mode?
2. Is there a way to set the flash sync speed?
3. Does the flash always have to be manually pop-up? Or if in full-auto mode, the flash will pop by when the camera feels necessary?

Thanks.

1. I dono
2. you should be able to set with full manual mode.
3. I think you will have to manually pop-up it up if you are using A/S/M mode, not sure about program mode, but auto mode will automatically control your flash.

1. In auto mode No, but in program mode if you manually select the ISO, say 200, then it will stay that way of course.

2. Nope

3. Nope, you will have to pop it open by the switch on the top. In the end its almost similar to other cams. In other cams you have to press the button to make the flash mode turn on, and again to turn it off. In this cam you pop the flash, then the program knows you want to flash, push it back down, and it turns off.
Think of it as a hardware flash button instead of the regular software switch.

Why not try them all hands on during Sitex (30 Nov - 3 Dec 2006)?
