Urban InFest @ Somerset Road on 2nd July

On behalf of the organising committee of URBAN INFEST 2005, I would like to tell you more about this event that will be held at Somerset Road and Youth Park, tomorrow from 11am to 12 midnight!
URBAN INFEST 2005 is organised by a group of volunteers and is one of the flagship events in SHINE (http://www.shine.org.sg), a youth festival supported by the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports and the National Youth Council. URBAN INFEST 2005 is about infesting Singapore with all the possibility and energy young people have to offer. Youth are encouraged to share and engage other youth in their passion on this day.
Some key events include:
1. Flying Fox at the grass patch behind Cathay Cineleisure from 11am onwards
2. Vans Skate Boarding competition at Youth Park (Registration starts at 9am, Prelims start at 11am)
3. Night Concert: X'Cla!m 2005 along Somerset Road from 7pm to around 9pm
4. Street Dance Party along Somerset Road from 9pm to 12 midnight (DJ from Chinablack and Coccolatte will be spinning Top 40 music, Hip Hop and Mambo through the night till midnight.)
