Uploading video without sacrificing the HD Quality

Dear all

I noticed that when i upload video into FB and play in HD version, it tense to be very bad streaming ... Please help to advise anywhere i can upload and view in HD quality yet not giving in to the streaming ?? thanks

I upload mine to YouTube.N link e acount from FB.
Looks fine for me.

1. Facebook is not a video streaming site, why should they waste bandwidth on you?
2. All streaming requires some compression. This is to save the bandwidth of the site, and to make sure the stream can be played back correctly on clients. Youtube can give you an ok HD-like stream, but it's still compressed.

you tube highest resolution is 720p . full HD formt is 1080p.

ireallydontlikepink,if u dont mind,i would like to make use of ur thread n expand this abit. :)

it seems that VIMEO is highly rated.
but there's a prob.
only 5GB upload per week for the Plus service.
i dont think it's enff if we r uploading HD clips..

what about Daily Motion?
any comments or any other sites u would use?
