Uploading files to Homex.Coolconnect

Hi,
I'm having problem to upload files to coolconnect using both direct FTP and the Web FTP. Seem like most of the files uploaded are not completed. And all my files are less then 100KB. What is the setting that I have done wrong? If it matters, I'm using Singnet 256K Boardband.
Do you guys have other better place to upload picture and can link it here for viewing?
