uploaded files but it doesn't show

Has anyone had this problem when uploaded file in the homexcoolconnect site and even after you see the message ....jpg has been uploaded, but you do not see in your folder.
Huh anyone?

Could it be that you used up all the allocated space or there's insufficient space left? I get this problem too...
