Upgrading of ClubSNAP Servers on Tuesday 22nd March 2005

ClubSNAP's main portal and forums server will be down for hardware upgrading today. Please note the following:
Day: Tuesday, 22nd March 2005
Time: From approximately 3pm to 6pm

Thanks for your kind understanding and overwhelming support!! We hope that the new server will be able to ease the nightly slowdowns!

ClubSNAP Main Portal & Forums Server Upgrade was completed on 22nd March 2005, between 3:30m to 5:30pm. :sweat:
Apologies for any inconvenience & withdrawal symptoms caused during that period.

Kindly post your feedback in the Feedback & Suggestion Box if you encounter any problems. Please do NOT post bug reports in this thread.

We are continuing to monitor and tweak the site (and server) performance and appreciate members feedback on this. It seems that not everyone is seeing the increased performance, especially at the critical hours.

The new server is definitely much faster (at least 10-15x faster, so it may not be a server issue), and now we are looking at other potential bottlenecks along the path.

ClubSNAP Main Portal & Forums Server will be unavailable from approx 4:30pm to 5:00pm while I make some tweaks.

Access to Gallery.ClubSNAP.com may also be interrupted from time to time during this period.
