Update here: Great Deals at IT Show from 12-16 June @ Suntec

Hi peeps,

Anyone who heads over to the IT Show today can post up good deals
and maybe booth number? So it can help everyone to quickly compare
and see whether to head down to SUNTEC with the crowd and buy
the required items (e.g. Cheap memory cards) or just lazily go down
to Sim Lim Square instead where there's no crowd.

I'll prob head down later when it open to grab all the information
as much as possible cause I'm about to finish my night shift. haha.

Maybe to keep it down and organized. Let's just keep it to these few
categories. Let's keep all the desktop and notebook deals out of this
thread.

1. Memory Card (CF, SD, etc)

3. Others (e.g. Warco Tablets)

almost all the major camera brands are there, but not sold by the usual shops. they are managed by some electronic chainstores. think canon booth is run by 'edson electronic store', or something like dat. nikon is managed by carrefour... really.

get ready for some ISO = Image Stabliser ON jokes, people, if you are buying your cameras there.... :bsmilie:

only thing worthwhile there to get are PCs and printers. lots and lots of freebies. GPS nav devices also. shinco's GPS device is going for $299. eastgear is on the 6th floor, towards the extreme right.

oh yeah.. leave your cars at home. i was there ard 11.30am, and the car jams have started. :sweat:

sandisk is operated by mustafa, i believe. i dunno abt fuji and oly. sony is by sony, as usual. they occupied the 3nd floor, rite above starbucks.

Ya ... this time round they occupy the whole place there including those small room by the side next to toilet. Still got F1 simulator driving through the SG GP for u to try out!
