Hi,
just some enquiries, do you guys go through the photos during submission?

Cause i saw a photo on the singapore flyer but i can't find it in the list of green mark buildings. If that qualifies then I would want to submit my shot on the Singapore flyer too

The Singapore Flyer is a Green Mark-certified building because of its energy efficient LED lighting. You may also find out more information about the Flyer's other green features here: http://greenmark.sg/property-detail.php?id=65&page=1

Besides the Flyer, there are many other Green Mark buildings listed on the Green Shots website that you may wish to explore.

Copyright / Intellectual Property

Entries must be the original and unpublished work of the participant and the participant must be the copyright owner of the entries. By submitting an entry, the participant agrees to indemnify the Organiser against the participant’s infringement of any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights, inclduding claims for costs, charges and expenses in respect thereof.
The Organisers reserve the right to reproduce any entry in print, broadcast and/or electronic media without requiring the permission of the participant and without any fee payment. However, the photographer will be acknowledged.
The copyright in the winning and selected entries shall pass to the Organisers upon the submission of the enties.

Organisers’ Rights

The Organiser shall
Reserve exhibition and publication rights to the winning entries and the selected entries in print, broadcast and electronic media without requiring permission from the participant(s) and without any fee payable. However, the Organiser will acknowledge the respective participants.
Have the right to send the selected works on a touring exhibition within Singapore and overseas;
Have the right to use the participants’ names for promotional purposes without compensation to the participants;
Exercise every care in handling the entries but shall not be responsible for any damage, theft or loss when the entries are in their possession or in transit;
Have the right to disqualify any entry submitted which does not comply with the rules and regulations, or which infringes the exclusive rights of the copyright owner;
Not be liable for any copyright infringement on the part of the participants; and
Reserve the right to modify the prizes and its rules and regulations as and when necessary, without prior notice.
