#1 looks like a screenshot from a movie from one of thoes dark cities !

it is very hard to have an empty scene just about anywhere in universal studios, great job

wow they dont look like photos anymore. More like computer generated..
Can you post an original? Just wondering how much difference there are....

 Nice pict! Half expecting zombies. :bsmilie:

But No. 2 is not true HDR right? ie only 1 photo taken, from there generate 3-5 picts of different exposures then merge and tone map right. What program u used?

Erm...ok...but watch out for those halos. Typical of HDR treatment if not done properly.

- hotwork77 [ what are halos? ]
- acolyte [ i use photomatx pro and i use the program to do the stuff but i just edited a bit of it after the program processed the photo :D ] thnaks mate :D

Halos refer to the white outlines of the subjects in your photo. E.g. the lady in #2 and the boat in #3. Maybe you deliberately put there as an effect.

ohhh okok that hahah yeah ok i understand.. thnx for the explaination :D

As an example of halo: In the above image, you see a brighter border surrounding the object. More obvious is the portion in the top right hand corner between the structure and the sky. The other obvious area is the white border surrounding the chains.

The tone mapping is pushed way too aggresive. You should try to tone down a bit.

I kinda like the composition, but I find the HDR kinda overdone.

Ohh now i get it the surroundings of the areas. Some sort like vegenneting rite?? That one is one of my point of editing.i put it that way.. Bt i dunnoew its overdone .. Ill work it out thnx for the tips :) ill look it out :D

I like them. :)
Falls into the 'overdone' HDR category, but its suitable treatment imo. Its like from a comic book

I like this first two! The halo'ing of the other two proved too much for me. But nice one!

Thanks guys ill be uploading some more soonn.. In camp rite nw haha hard to be with my computer haha..

Well done!
I'm trying HDR too. :D

halo apart, this is interesting . . . ;)

Lol halo apart.. Bt i think rite that even tho theres halo it look nice on dem hmm
For my point of view la haha

The "halo" seem okay to me. The image itself are surreal, so the 'halo" effect is fine.
If only he want it to look "natural", then the "halo" is a no no :nono:.

IMHO
