I say you give them a call directly, If after multiple attempt to contact them and still no replies.. maybe you can try expose this issue to media or maybe get a lawyer to sue them..
Do keep us inform in your situation as fellow TS might encounter such problem in future too C=

They have yet to reply to my email btw.

And yes I did checked the option of allowing Getty to use my images, maybe this is the issue. I have since unchecked the option.

I can't afford to get a lawyer to sue them as now it seems that it also involves Getty, an even bigger organisation :sweat:

Why dont u place a signature/watermark on ur photo each time u upload it.. At least when its being used/upload ppl noe its from u..

Leave it checked!! Contact flickr/getty and point out the issue to them. Let THEM handle the legal fees, and you get your image use license fees.
