Unable to send messages [Samsung S3-singtel]

Anyone got problems sending messages on galaxy s3 via singtel telcom? I just got this line and phone yesterday and today i'm unable to send messages, it keeps giving me "message not sent". I'm able to call and receive messages. Very weird. Reboot phone countless times, clear my RAM. Nothing. Just wanna check if you bros out there has got the same problem.
