Unable to connect to mIRC server

Hi everyone,

Has anyone encountered connection problems? I am trying to get connected to the financial chat(server:fremont.ca.us.financialchat.com) but I am always receiving this message. "No open proxies were found on your system". But I can acess to other servers. I am using Starhub Maxonline. What could be the problem.
