Unable to access email

Hi,

I was unable to access my email, on both Outlook and Horde.

I have correctly entered the userid as well as the server names.

In Outlook, it returned me with a 'Your e-mail server rejected your login' error.

For Horde, it returned me with a 'Login failed for some reason. Most likely your username or password was entered incorrectly.'

Please help. Thanks.

try ur username@clubsnap.org
it works for the web mail. though i haven't tried pop3.

so that is what I have been doing wrong

I haven't been adding @clubsnap to the account name

Thanks for ur help but I have been doing that since Day 1 without any success. This goes for both web and POP3.

Is there a different email password that I m not aware of? :dunno:

You used the password that clubsnap emailed to you ? all the passwords should be the same for ftp, webspace login and mail.. I tried mine and it works. Is your email address username@clubsnap.org you entered the same as the clubsnap's email ?

Yup...thats wat i did, but w/o success. :sweat:
