Hi, trying for a humourous shot but it seems weak. Any suggestions to make it better or strengthen the idea?

Hi eel,

How good are you with Photoshop ?

You could try removing the paper from the left hand and replace it with a bowl.
Then put chop sticks in his right hand.

After all this, you could leave him where he is (sharp) and create a blurr of him behind (as is speed blurr).

Just a thought.

Thanks Pablo for the thoughts. I don't think I'm anywhere near that stage of PS yet. I do have a shot of the man further down where his head is where the bowl is though. But that would throw the composition off as he's leading in the wrong direction.

Yup I agree with Pablo... for the shot to be meaningful you need people with bowls +chopsticks... could be workers having their lunch etc.

Or better yet get yr friends to pose by the sign. Be cute if you had a whole row of them squatting by the sign eating bowl noodles.
