TT, that's what I like about you. You are not fake.

You come to nature with all her theories, and she knocks them all flat.

I like Tungtong's street pictures of the underclass and dirty parts of Singapore. These pictures are not sleazy. They are honest. They show a side of Singapore that is not usually shown in media.

But I do not like Tungtong's "arty" nudes because they are quite disturbing.

I feel Tungtong is better as a street photographer than a nude photographer.

to be frank i agree with u. Cos maybe i am not artsy enough to understand his photos.

i have the chance to shoot with him previously during the Little India shootout organised by Ed. Really impressed by his gungho way of shooting haha... looking forward to street shoots with him again.

Not too long ago, someone posted a picture..

showing a group of children, cooling themsleves in a stream during a hot sunny day.

all of them were naked.

that picture does not imply any form of vulgarity, dirty, demoral or sleaziness.

on the other hand, it shows.... joy, fun and nostagic memory.

no body post any unfavourable comment, most were supportive.

I consider that is a " pure " nude picture , just like the angels. fairy and the mermaids.

I like nude of this nature.

In a different forum or community ... not necessarily even in a different country ...

That photo might have created an UPROAR.

Sparking off very focused questions and questioning ...

With not too nice implications

And no one would have peace, especially the person who posted the photo, or the person who took it.

What was different?

Different place, different country ?

Do it exactly the same way....

Expression of art form can be well appreciated or being caned for doing so.

So, in one country...you get clap clap, down here, you get whack whack !

Wad's the obsession with nudity?! LOL!

Whether you like it or not, there are still people conducting and shooting nude in Singapore.
