Types of XD card

Juz knowing recently there is newer type of XD card which is Type M & Type H, bout the Type H it claims that is a "High speed" card and the price is oso more higher, Anybody been using this two type of picture card plz share your precious comments

H type - max so far is up to 512meg

M type - multilayer. the 1gig cards are M-type

H type seems faster than M type. Not all card readers can read M type.
