You mention credit card, so I'm not sure if you can do TT through a credit card account. Usually credit card accounts do not have TT facilities. If you have an account with a local bank and have sign up for internet banking, you can do TT via your account through internet access... Otherwise it will be the good old ways of form filling and queueing up at the bank.

TT via money changers is cheaper... if you transfer a moderate amount over. exchange rates & service charges are normally not as competitive from the banks.
