Mind sharing? Got step by step guide or not??

i dun hav any pic, but here goes...

item & tool list:

1. water hose fasteners (2x for strap)
2. plyester strap (at least 50cm)
3. elastic cord or strap (i used elastic cord)
4. cara-beana (2x)(sorry dunno spell correct or not)
5. triangle strap loops (2x)
6. spanner (1x)
7. pliers (1x)

steps (summarised):

1. u'll need 2 length of straps 2 b fastened on d water hose fasteners, but leave some spare
4 later.
2. make sure 2 place d triangle strap loops ard d straps b4 u fix them on d tripod legs w/ d
water hose fasteners. look at any shoulder bag 4 referance.
3a. if u use strap w/ hooks den jus hook it up lo. hahaa....
if u use elastic cord like me den u'll need 2 form a loop w/ d hook shape ends (i assume
they all hav wired hooks at ends- not botak ends  )
3b. this is where u'll use d carabeanas 2 fasten t d triangle stap loops. i prefer w/ carabeana so nx time 1 2 change d elastic cord easier.

pointers:
1. d spare strap is acts as a buffer between d water hose fasteners & d tripod legs. its
suppose 2 act as a grip. a cut-2-size rubber strip work betta if u hav.
2. if u got basic sewing skills its best 2 sew d triangle strap loops w/ d strap. tis way d d
triangle strap loops wont dangle any-o-how.
3. best 2 use rust-free water hose fasteners if possible. i bought different brands jus 2 make
QC.

sorry i m not too gd w/ instructions, but i hope it helps...

I see, I ever DIY it, it becos last time only manfotto have strap, the rest are selling bags, I find eastgear one cheap and good, well only use for my 055 tripod, not for my other heavy tripod.

I use Eastgear one also, beside for my monopod, I used it to carry my in line skate also, more comfortable.

the strap is long enough for the tripod to be slung over the shoulder?

I think so. Unless you mean you fully extended the tripod.
